1. Scope
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all institutional clients, colleges, universities, corporates, and training partners who engage with BinaryQubit under a B2B agreement.
2. Mode of Service Delivery
- All services, including course content, learning management system access, and student dashboards, are provided digitally.
- No physical shipping or delivery is required or provided in the B2B model.
3. Access Timeline
- Service access is provided within the timelines agreed upon in the B2B contract or formal agreement.
- Bulk student enrollment credentials and platform access links are provided digitally within 3-5 working days from the date of agreement signing and payment confirmation.
4. Customization Delivery
For custom course development, reporting dashboards, or white-labeled solutions, delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon in the service contract or proposal document.
5. Communication and Tracking
All service updates, access details, and tracking of deliverables will be shared through official email communication with designated representatives from the partner institution.
6. Delivery Failure
- If any digital service is not delivered as per the agreed schedule, the client must notify BinaryQubit within 7 working days of the missed delivery date.
- BinaryQubit will resolve and fulfill pending services within a reasonable timeline upon notification.
