1. Course Cancellation by User

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must submit a written request to support@binaryqubit.in within 7 days of purchase. Cancellation requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

• A full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made within 7 days and the user has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
• No refunds will be granted if a significant portion of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
• In cases of duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• No refund will be processed for:
  • Courses purchased on discount or through promotional offers.
  • Missed live classes or failure to complete the course on time.
  • Inability to meet system requirements or personal technical issues.

4. Course Cancellation by BinaryQubit

In the rare case that BinaryQubit cancels a course, students will receive a full refund or be offered an option to transfer to another batch or course without any additional charge.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
